I get asked on a weekly basis what rent is like in Vancouver, so I decided to not just tell you guys about it, but also show you.
This is a 1 Bed 1 Bath Unity in Downtown Vancouver renting for $2200 per month. 550 Square Feet, 1 Bed 1 Bath, Unfurnished, 1 Parking Spot, 1 Storage Unit, In-suite Washer and Dryer, AC + Heat, + Great building amenities.

Apartment tours are being searched more often now than the last few months as people are starting to think about moving again. I think this a great apartment, great building, and great area to live in. Right along furry creek, and close to Roger’s arena as well as BC Place, which are 2 large city attractions. Downtown Vancouver is highly sought after, which is why apartments rent for such high prices. Many people live just outside of downtown for a lower price in areas like Kitsilano, or Point Grey (that’s what I do). As I mentioned int he video, I have lived here in Vancouver for several years anow, meaning I will most likely be able to answer any questions you’ve got over on my instagram @a.Grizz

What 1000 DOLLARS RENT Gets You in VANCOUVER – Tour



yo!! what’s goin on people. I figure $1000 is a lot of peoples budget when they are looking to rent around, so why not share my own place?
As soon as this quarantine is done I’ve got a few Downtown Vancouver Apartments that I’ll be touring and bringing to the channel, so if you’re into that, stick around!!
