In this video I’m showcasing a stylish 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 600 sq/ft apartment located in the South Granville area of Vancouver.
This apartment is small, but we make it work by maximizing space and creating distinct areas in the open-concept floor plan. While $2300 per month is expensive when compared to many other cities, for Vancouver, this is an average price for a mid-range 1 bedroom. This building also features a gym, parking, and the perk of being a brand new building.
